You got this! I started juicing and fasting after and I lost 30 pounds in a month. I started watching what I ate and searched and focused more on gut health. I would say incorporate more anti inflammatory foods. Good luck!!

Can you let it dry naturally without the dryer
You can however I prefer not to. Air drying doesn’t always give a smooth finish and takes longer to dry.

What does the beeswax do? Is it a heat protector? Or for something else?
It sets the hair in place. I like to use it to smooth out my style a bit and help with fly aways.
